Thank you for checking out my shop! I'm an huge fan of trading card games, and have been collecting ever since my Dad introduced me to Pokémon in the early 90's. I've had my hands on all the major TCGs from Yu-Gi-Oh! to Magic the Gathering, and have sold some of my collection on eBay.

My commitment is to keep products at a fair price, so that we can all enjoy the games we love to collect and play!

Do you stock other TCGs?
I have access to MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Dragon Ball and Digimon. If enough interest is shown in a particular TCG then I will add to the main store. Use the contact page and title your subject line: "Interested in .....TCG".

Do you weigh booster packs?
No. This is a practice that lacks integrity. VIATCG prides itself on delivering an honest service to its customers.

How do you ship your orders?
All packages will be shipped and tracked through Royal Mail. The options include Tracked 24 (next business day) and Tracked 48 (2-3 business days). Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

When can I expect my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after they are shipped.

What is your Refund/Returns Policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email at info@viatcg.com and we'll make it right.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Email info@viatcg.com with the subject line: "Cancel Order #...".

How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-orders are paid up front and are then shipped out to you as soon as they arrive without you having to do anything further.

If I order in-stock items with pre-order items, will it all ship together?
I will ship everything together, so that means orders with pre-order items will be placed on hold until I receive the pre-order items in hand.
